Wayne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida International University, where he specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2014 after moving to Seattle he became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). In 2016, he graduated with a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington. He enjoys providing services to a diverse population of clients and is passionate about building skills to support community integration and lasting independence.
Outside of work he enjoys hiking, cycling, and eating his way through the Pacific Northwest with his family. They recently added a new baby boy to the roster.
