Shane Isley is the President and CEO of West Coast Behavioral Consultants, Inc. He serves as the Executive Director of Blueprints and the President of Optimal. Shane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Washington State Certified Counselor who received a bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis and a master's degree in behavior analysis from the University of North Texas (UNT). For the past decade, Shane has dedicated himself to providing consultative services and direct treatment to children and families. He has specifically served children and adolescents with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder. He has also provided Parent Management Training to parents with children with oppositional, aggressive, and antisocial behavior. Shane recently served as an adjunct professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis master's degree program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and the Vice President of membership for the International Society for Performance Improvement-Seattle Chapter.
Prior to starting Blueprints in September 2008, Shane served as a consultant for the Organization for Research and Learning and as a Program Performance Specialist for the Transitions for Teens program at Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT) of Washington. He has also served as an assistant classroom teacher at Morningside Academy's Summer Institute, an instructional therapist at the Dallas/Fort Worth Center for Autism, an associate consultant at Behavioral Innovations in Dallas, an instructional therapist, assistant classroom teacher, and resource room teacher at the FEAT of Washington Summer Academic Program. Shane has also served as the lead teacher for FEAT of Washington's Transitions for Teens Summer Program and as a therapist, lead therapist, and program manager for Fabrizio/Moors Consulting.
