Paul Rogers is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with young children, adolescents, and families since 2002. Paul double majored in Psychology and Anthropology at Washington University in St. Louis and received his master's degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno. Before relocating to Seattle Washington, Paul worked as a Behavior Analyst for the Special School District of St. Louis County. Paul brings an extensive background in the design and coordination of training and naturalistic instruction programs focused on building functional communication and life skills. His experience ranges from running in-home behavioral programs for preschoolers to helping prepare teenagers and young adults for the transition to adult living and independence.
Paul has been an active participant and collaborator in every phase of special education and related service provision for students. One of his key strengths is a depth of understanding of school district policy and the structure of institutional accountability. Paul brings a great passion and dedication to his work with children and families through Blueprints. He is committed to the goal of generating broad support for evidence-based interventions among diverse groups of educational professionals, parents, and direct care staff.
