Martha is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds her Master degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. During her graduate studies, Martha was a classroom instructor for an undergraduate course in behavior analysis. She also served as a caseload supervisor with the Behavior Analysis Resource Center (BARC), a project working at a facility that housed 650 adults with intellectual disabilities and severe mental health conditions. Martha gained valuable experience writing positive behavior support plans as well as serving as part of an interdisciplinary team. Her experience at BARC also allowed Martha to teach a class on Positive Behavior Management and Supports to new hire employees. Martha's professional interests include parent training, serving at-risk populations, staff training and working with individuals who engage in and struggle with problem behavior. She brings great intelligence and compassion to her work.
