Lauren Linclau


Lauren's journey to becoming a teacher and BCBA began when she was a junior in high school volunteering for kids and adults with disabilities through equine therapy riding. Her passion to learn, teach, and advance every student's quality of life continued when she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and an emphasis in teaching and a minor in art.

After finishing her undergraduate degree she was accepted into the University of Washington where she received a M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis. During her time at UW she was an assistant teacher at the Experimental Education Unit in a preschool classroom. While studying for her board certification in behavior analysis Lauren worked as an in home ABA therapist with families. In December 2014 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She joined MOSAIC in February 2014 and is excited to be a part of a dedicated passionate team of professionals. Lauren has a B.A. in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado, and a M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington. Her professional interests include using positive behavior supports to provide personalized support to every child, working with other professionals and families, teaching social skills groups, and continuing her education through research and collaboration. Originally from Colorado, Lauren enjoys spending time outside hiking, camping, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. She also enjoys photography, painting, printmaking and cooking.
