Erin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Masters in Education from the University of Washington and holds her Bachelor of Science in Hearing, Speech and Language Science from Ohio University. Her early work with children and adults includes comprehensive services in the areas of education, health, nutrition and parent involvement specifically for low-income and special needs families. Erin also brings unique experience providing respite care for adults with disabilities. Her undergraduate studies lead her overseas to live and work in Thailand where she taught conversational English, grammar and social studies to high school students. She holds formal certification to teach English as a Second Language. Her work in the state of Washington includes involvement with therapeutic horseback riding services with children, and speech and hearing clinics treating a wide variety of clinical issues. Her unique skills set and strengths as an educator and clinician make Erin an outstanding member of Blueprints.
