Anne Hanson, PTA, AAS

Physical Therapist Assistant

Anne received her Physical Therapist Assistant AAS degree from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland, WA. She earned both the Academic Excellence Award for highest GPA as well as the Peer Award for continuous support and encouragement of her classmates. Originally from Canada, Anne completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, with a Minor in Greek and Roman Studies, at the University of Calgary in Alberta.

Anne has professional experience in skilled nursing facilities and in adult and pediatric outpatient clinics, but her passion has always been pediatrics. She completed a clinical internship here at MOSAIC and is excited to be back with the team! Anne is a dedicated member of PTWA and the Pediatric and Neurology sections of APTA; her passion for pediatrics and neurology has led her to volunteer for the Special Olympics Fun Fitness, Friendship Adventures Camp Waskowitz, and Seattle Slam Wheelchair Rugby.

In her spare time, Anne enjoys playing with her 19 nieces and nephews. She loves to travel and has been to over 20 countries. Fitness is a priority for Anne - she strength trains, runs, and rock-climbs regularly; she also enjoys jewelry-making, dancing, skiing, and scuba diving.
